Shyam Kamadolli is a venture partner with Fidelity’s VC/PE funds in the US and his portfolio concentration is in technology businesses that straddle the US-India corridor, a model that delivers the exit and market potential of the West to innovative Indian companies. Until 2013, he led technology investments at Fidelity Growth Partners in India and early stage deals for Fidelity Ventures in Boston. In 2006, he led the effort at RSA Security which resulted in the largest technology trade sale of the year when EMC acquired the business. As a technology investor, he has driven successful exits in India and the US in sectors like datacenters, managed services and information security. He brings 14 years of technology entrepreneurship and operating experience in addition to 7 years of investing experience that spans the US, India and Europe. At Kae Capital, Shyam guides our technology investments, fund operations, and also supports our US based interests. Shyam is a graduate of London Business School in the UK and also has an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. Additionally, he received an MS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University in New York and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay (Mumbai) in India..
